Description

The goal of the MFO showroom programme is to serve every member of the MFO consortium as follows

MFO research projects

  • promote usability R&D carried out in the projects
  • demonstrate projects and their results to visitors, i.e. both citizens and professionals

MFO enterprices

  • promote new usability approaches and procedures in industry
  • demonstrate new products/services to visitors, and so enhance marketing and product development
  • provide possibility to make new product/service experiments anonymously with consumers

MFO

  • visible forum for mobile services and devices of information society
  • to develope the competence and competitiveness of the partners both in Finland and internationally
  • improves contacts with citizens (users, consumers) business partners and investors
  • allocated interaction with spesific users

The practical implementation of MFO Showroom is three-fold:

The MFO Showroom provides facilities for achieving the goals mentioned above, and local and domestic visibility. The Virtual MFO Showroom facilitates virtual usability research, and guarantees global visibility.
