MediaTeam surveillance camera database
The MediaTeam surveillance camera database contains the test image data used in an article titled 'Detecting Perceptual Color Changes from Sequential Images for Scene Surveillance', divided into six zipped files.
The list below shows the links for downloading image files with three different types of loading platforms (easy, medium, difficult). There are two downloadable zip files for each platform. One of them includes the original sample images, while the other one includes images, into which the actual alteration areas have been marked.
